IKO Trade Top Sheet

An attractive heavy duty green mineral felt used for both pitched and flat roofs. It is specifically designed for use above un-inhabited buildings. As such, it is most often used as a garage roof felt, although it can also be used above workshops or garden buildings.

As a flat roof felt, this heavy duty green mineral felt should be used as the top sheet in a two layer system.

On a pitched roof (above 20°) for sheds or other garden buildings it can be used on its own. Due to its heavier weight, it will outperform standard shed felt in most situations.

Buyers notes:
If being used as a flat roof felt you will require an underlay, roofing felt adhesive and felt tacks.
For a more durable finish on a pitched (shed) roof, we recommend the use of roofing felt adhesives as well as felt nails.
